Refund Policy

GlobalReach Assist provides virtual assistant, administrative, digital, and business support services to clients.

Payments are made for the services and hours agreed upon between GlobalReach Assist and the client. Once services have been completed, the payment for those services is generally non-refundable.

Clients may request cancellation before the agreed service period or work begins. Cancellation requests should be communicated to GlobalReach Assist as early as possible.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will depend on the circumstances of the request and the applicable payment provider's processing requirements.

If you believe you have made a duplicate or incorrect payment, please contact us with the relevant payment details. We will review the transaction and take appropriate action.
